1. Before the use of blow molding equipment, you must read the operation manual of the injection molding machine used in detail, understand your machine structure transmission and action process, understand the use of the relevant control components and components, and be familiar with the oil circuit diagram and electrical principle.
2. Check the tightness of each fastening part in detail. If it is loose, tighten it immediately.
3. Check whether the buttons, electrical switches, operating handles, handwheels, etc. are damaged or abnormal. Before starting, each switch handle or button should be in the off position.
4. Check whether the safety door slides flexibly on the track and whether the limit switch can be touched in the set position.
5. Check whether the oil tank of blow molding equipment is full of hydraulic oil. If no oil is filled, clean the oil tank first, and then inject the specified type of hydraulic oil into the tank from the oil filter, and make the oil level reach the middle of the upper and lower limit line of the table.
6. Pour lubricating oil into all oil cups and lubricating passages to lubricate them.
7. Check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the rated voltage of the electrical equipment. If it is not adjusted accordingly, make the two the same.
8. Check the cleaning condition of the working table of Machine 2, remove all kinds of tools used in equipment debugging, especially the transmission part and sliding part must be clean.
9. Check the hopper of blow molding equipment for foreign bodies and fill the hopper with materials.
