3, because the cooling method is not appropriate, so that the cooling is not uniform or cooling time is insufficient, you can adjust the cooling method and extend the cooling time. For example, a cooling loop may be located as close to the deformation as possible.
4, about the deformation caused by the shortening of the molding, it is necessary to revise the planning of the mold. Among them, the most important thing is to pay attention to the product wall thickness. Sometimes, in the case of necessity, had to measure the deformation of the product, according to the opposite direction dressing mold, to be corrected. The resins with large shortening rate are generally crystalline resins (such AS polyformaldehyde, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene and PET resins) than non-crystalline resins (such as PMMA resins, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, ABS resins and AS resins, etc.). In addition, because glass fiber reinforced resin has fiber alignment, deformation is large.
